About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation (clearing debris, loading/unloading materials).

• Operate hand and power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, compactors).

• Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times.

• Support skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians.

• Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and scaffolding assembly.

Requirements

• No formal education required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

• Physical stamina to lift 20kg+ and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Basic proficiency in English, Finnish, Russian, or Polish (team-dependent).

• Valid Finnish work permit (for non-EU candidates).

• Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
